Q: Are your crystals natural and real?
Yes. Every crystal is ethically
sourced, 100% genuine, and energetically potent. Each piece is selected
intuitively and goes through a sacred activation process.
Q: Are the crystals charged or do I need to cleanse them again?
All crystals are:
Smoke-cleansed using Vedic herbs
Activated with Sanskrit mantras
Reiki-charged by Grand Master
Intention programmed for your highest
good
You do not need to cleanse again upon
arrival.
Q: Can I wear multiple bracelets oruse multiple crystals together?
Yes but always with intention. We
recommend wearing combinations that support your specific goals (love, money,
healing, etc.). You may WhatsApp for guidance.
Q: Do you sell fake or lab-madestones?
Absolutely not. We only offer natural,
high-vibration stones. No dyed, glass-filled, or fake variants.
Q: Is GST included in product pricing?
Yes, all prices mentioned on the

Q: How are your tarot readings delivered?
All readings are sent as channeled voice messages on WhatsApp. You’ll receive deep intuitive insight + practical guidance tailored to your energy.
Q: How do I schedule a 1:1 call for astrology or healing?
After booking, you’ll be contacted via
WhatsApp within 24 to 48 hrs to fix a mutually aligned time. I do not use
auto-schedulers as my timings are aligned with energy flow.
Q: Do I get to ask a fixed number ofquestions in tarot?
Yes for question-based readings. But I
often go deeper if the energy requires it. For spread-based readings, all
preset questions are intuitively answered.
Q: Can I book a reading for someone else?
Only if they’re aware and have given
permission. Otherwise, readings are for self-alignment, not spying or
controlling.
Q: What if I miss my scheduled healing session or call?
Please inform me 3 to 4 hours in
advance. No-shows without intimation may result in session deduction.
Q: Do you offer refunds?
Due to the spiritual nature of the
work, no refunds or cancellations are offered. Energy once activated cannot be
reversed.

Q: Is this a certified or qualified platform?

of spiritual practices including intense Jaap, dhyana, and karmic sadhanas.

Q: My crystal arrived damaged. What now?
We quality-check everything carefully, but if something is broken, please send an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery.
Q: Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
No. All orders are prepaid to maintain spiritual and logistical flow.
