Delivery takes 3–7 days for metro cities and 7–10 days for other regions. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any product or service due to the custom energetic activation process involving Vedic smoke rituals, Sanskrit mantra programming, and Reiki charging by a Certified Grand Master. The only exception is for damaged items—if you receive a broken product, you must record a complete unboxing video from the sealed package and submit it with clear photos within 24 hours to be eligible for replacement.
